    I've been Money Tipped!
Can't stand either cheap nylon lace or synthetic satins myself, but other sexy underwear doesn't seem to do any harm, rather the opposite.

I think lace / satin / skimpy undergarments would look quite odd on OH, though, and might inspire me to laughter rather than desire. OTOH, he looks particularly drop-dead-gorgeous in a linen suit he's got.

    :rotfl:

Yes, I agree.....not your oh in his suit, but men generally in our knickers. Suits some though. Funnily enough, mine has a particular linen shirt that does it for me. :). Its funny the things we have in common, eh? :).

Re forthcoming .. when there are no real issues one can be so. Not sure one can when there is an issue which really needs to be forthcoming about ... Lostinrates , if the partner lost interest I am afraid he /she would have lost desire to be forthcoming with it . It is quite a delicate issue and people would have to be on a level of incredibles to actually be able to sort it out once its gone...
Prescriptive - eh , if it is 3 times a day it'd great , its just that I personally would not been able to do it. Cudos to people that do :). And to all others who are happy x
The word "dilemma" comes from Greek where "di" means two and "lemma" means premise. Refers usually to difficult choice between two undesirable options.
Often people seem to use this word mistakenly where "quandary" would fit better.

I know I'm not LIR, but there have been times when I've not been remotely interested in having sex with OH - in the first part of being pregnant, when I was sick several times a day and felt about to be sick all the rest of every day, and shortly after our son was born. For a few weeks after giving birth, I had absolutely no interest in having sex at all.

I have no desire for sex at all. My libido has upped and left; has done so for a while. I know its a problem but don't know how to fix it. Not sure I want to at times. Used to be up for it all the time when I was younger but really don't think I'd miss it if I never had it again. :-/

    Sorry double post
NDG , those were selfexplanatory situations and should been obvious to your so without you needing to be forthcoming.

Different strokes for different folks. Personally i'd want it more than twice a month, but i have a stupidly high sex drive (surprisingly..that too is a problem sometimes :o ), at the moment my relationship is long distance but we tend to have it 2/3 times when he's here. Not sure what the dynamic would be like if we lived together though.

Can't really judge on past relationships as due to medication and illness my libido was none existant...pretty sure one dry spell lasted about 6 months though.

It was pretty obvious, I think. I doubt the vomiting-constantly me was particularly sexy either!

I'm not sure that wanting it more than twice a month, or even 2/3 times a week would be classed as a stupidly high sex drive.

    By most people, anyway.
