I'd probably tell them you have contacted Royal Mail and they say there was no charge so it seems likely they were defrauded by the postman. Ask them if it's okay for you to forward their details to Royal Mail pending a police investigation. After that they may just remember that they've confused you with another seller.Buyer replied to my original message saying:
They didn't get a receipt, they were given the package after paying £9.25 charge.
Not really sure what to reply with as it seems this isn't truthful..0 -

I once received an SD with stamps, where it looked like the stamps had come from another SD envelope, cut off and reused. They were stuck to a white piece of paper, which had been cut up and then stuck onto the brown envelope.0
