Don't worry I have learnt my lesson, I used my last lot of stamps and got some glue instead of using tape. Never again. No you're not a vegetarian if you eat any animal or fish, so do not insult genuine veggies by calling yourself one!

I have a similar issue on going at the moment only I am a buyer. I had a parcel sent with no stamps on it . I paid the cost of post and an extra £1 for the handling fee. I was not given a receipt from the sorting office.
Iam also having trouble with the seller refusing to refund as they claim they put stamps on (im not disputing that) but they were not on when they got to me. I sent photo evidence of the parcel which had a yellow sticker on stating the charges. Maybe they used the stamps you are talking about but with no sellotape?
I am well out of pocket as not only did I have to pay for the parcel the item does not work either
but that's another story.
I am assuming your buyer will have the same yellow sticker on the parcel can you ask for a photo of it?0 -
Does the sticker have the price on it though? No you're not a vegetarian if you eat any animal or fish, so do not insult genuine veggies by calling yourself one!

well If I wrote SF,would people know what I meant?0 -
Doesn't all recorded and special have to go through the Post Office? I was just wondering how it is then possible for the buyer to be responsible for underpaying, shouldn't RM take that up with the Post Office?
RD/SF can be dropped in a post box

This has happened to us a few times, when an enterprising member of the family sent greetings cards with sellotape over the stamps. Its the basic cost of postage +£1
We asked them not to, but they still kept doing it! ...Last time, I spoke to the postman and redirected the card (and therefore the fine) back at the sender... this seemed to prevent them doing it again!
