Not as long as everyone still calls it RD, at least you are not as bad as my clerk who talks about "special recorded delivery".

No you're not a vegetarian if you eat any animal or fish, so do not insult genuine veggies by calling yourself one!

Its the basic cost of postage +£1
so in your case its the cost of your item sent SD +£1

So wonder where this £20 comes from then?

How do you know this just for future reference?

    Experience ;)

When a charge SD comes in the office.(SD items arent sent via revenue protection to avoid delay) It should be allocated to a charge barcode
then a card sent out to the recipient

Yours went straight to allocation for delivery and was delivered that day.
even if they got the card that day and paid in the office
it would show as collected, not delivered

I can't believe the cheek of it. Alarm bells rang when he said £20, which seemed steep. Thanks a lot :-)

Buyer replied to my original message saying:

They didn't get a receipt, they were given the package after paying £9.25 charge.

Not really sure what to reply with as it seems this isn't truthful.
