Thanks Jazee, I know that (old 49er here!) though you probably don't know that I know that...! Sense? No, I never made any sense!

"New thread times" used to be quite early and then sometimes not until 11pm! Just wondered what the average was now...

family room - Clean the windows
kitchen =wipe all the cupboard doors and drawers
    wipe the microwave outside
    wipe the washer door seal
Empty out ONE cupboard or drawer, wipe it out and put back only what is STILL useful once it's dry
    bathrooms-Clean the windows
hall=get a cloth, and some hot water and wash down the door
    clean any glass
find a long duster and clean the radiators

Free to choose from - your bedroom/kids bedroom or another room that need attention - conservatory, dining room - whatever needs doing!
    clear the floor
    vacuum, sweep or mop
clear one surface - sideboard, occasional table, whatever
    water any wilting plants
dust all surfaces - vertical AND horizontal
    straighten/dust/vacuum blinds or curtains
    • clean windows
    • remove anything that shouldn't be in this room
    • clean out one drawer or shelf
    own frogs
put decorating stuff back in garage - half done
    sort garage? half done

phone next and arrange pole delivery - cancel this as they were snotty about picking it up if i didn't like it so went to dunhelm instead

Don't stress about anything you have not done, but focus on what you HAVE achieved. Tomorrow is another day - and another thread

Good advice Valli! Thanks for your lists this week, motivated me lots:A

Hi Soappie my old mate, glad to hear you'll be around next week. It is a Natty week next, we alternate (but Valli kindly did this week for me as I was away and then had FiL funeral). Natty usually puts hers up later than me, 9:30 onwards.

It's natty's turn isn't it and she's obviously preoccupied/worried about her cat at the moment so it could be any time.

Just caught up on thread - thanks for the welcome back Frodders! I will try and stay but when I'm working I often don't get time to go on the thread but I still fly in my own way :rotfl:

My frogs for this week before we go away are:
new watch batteries in 2 watches
buy aftersun (hope you are feeling better Natty)
    finish tidying garage
    mince lawn
WM to keep it down so it's not a mountain when we return
    ditto ironing
meal plan so fridge is cleared
    write packing lists
    pack (oh no!)
    do route
tidy my desk and rest of study

Today has been paperwork and gardening, with a roast thrown in. Must hoover around downstairs in a minute it is gross.

DS1 has booked his flight home for 2 weeks today, it has gone so quickly, I wonder what it will be like being back to 3 of them, more food consumption and washing is a given.

Just back from cricket. We are starving.

Oven (installed in April) is not working, and the posh induction hob is just beeping!

Not amused - it's already cost £25 as we have just phoned for pizza delivery!
    :jFlylady and proud of it:j
