    Things not bad in Squizzel-land,
    Glad to hear it!!
bit wiped out this week as work is really busy, and the bank holiday weekend was anything but restful - I have a vague memory of some wise plan to drink soft drinks but that went badly astray :o
Those darned soft drinks!! Little terrors that they are!! where did they go astray to and did you manage to round them up and send them home?:rotfl: Anyway, as of next week I'm planning to be back on the sensible bandwagon, not spending too much and getting back down the gym.
hmmmm me to. currently in the midst of week long birthday celebrations, so being VERY naughty!
    You ok? Absolutely fine thanks!
Have the bank card and the baseball cap surfaced yet? Yep! Bloomin things had been on honeymoon to car boot land and had a fantastic time!! don't think they were overly phased by my "you stopped me going to the gym and paying mr provi!" reprimand! :rotfl:

Have a lovely day at the zoo :)oooooooh i love zoos!! can i come? pleeeeeeeeeeeease!!!

    lots of hugs, me! xx

You naughty people, I disappear for a few weeks and we are at the bottom of the board, where are you all!

sorry brown owl..:o great to have you back!!:T

I am back and have to be raring to go! My North Run pack came and scared the pants off me as realisation hit that I have 28 days to get ready

 indeed!!!! good luck!!!! now stop reading this and get your trainers on girl!!:rotfl:

Managed 4 runs on holiday but it was too hot to go very far. Blimey, walking from pool to bar would've been enough for me on holiday! good for you!:T Been out with friend tonight and we did 3 miles, but we are planning to tackle a longer one next week - so now I am going to have to go running crazy - yikes!!!!!!! You were doing 7 before you went on holiday, you'll be back into it in no time at all. xxx[/quote]

seriously, great to see you back on the boards. look forward to a catch up very soon.

Errrrr.... they are still evading me, meaning that I had to go to the pub yesterday and drink lager.. someone else paid though ;) I'll give them a severe telling off if they ever turn up!

Oooh.. when's your birthday? What are you doing to celebrate?

I have done absolutely nothing fitness-wise since I last posted but gym tomorrow!

Nice to see you back BA, good luck with the training! And Ev, I hope your neck eases off soon.

wow everyones putting me to shame, I think I gonna have to pull out of Swindon 1/2 as won't be ready for it, less than 6 weeks away and the furthest I've done is 6 miles. I haven't paid for entrance so haven't lost any money.

Will probably look to do Reading 1/2 in March instead.

HI, don't worry that you're 30, I'm 31 and still act like a young 20 something! I think about the things that I did in my 20's though and all the money that was wasted, definately better at 31.

Did another mb at the weekend and made a nice profit, but have had to withdraw as much as I could as cashflow is v v v v v v v bad! So will start again when dh gets paid on 14th. Have definately got it cracked thanks to you and Hypno x
