Afternoon All!
Didnt make it up the big hill at the end (dropped my phone half way up and couldnt restart...), but did 13 miles in 1.50!!!!!
Going sleep for an age now and was so salty when I got back on my face, but can I say I love my camelback - how cool is that!!!
Endorphins are flowing freely now0 -

Where did that come from?
That is crazy - I thought you might just dip under 2 hours, but 1-50 wasn't on the radar. Sub 8-30/mile for a half marathon.:D
You cant claim you're making no progress now!
Congratulations, you must feel great.
How did the splits go? Did you speed up in the second half? And how did it feel?Gt NW 1/2 Marathon 21/2/2010 (Target=1:22:59) (6:20/mile) 1:22:47 (6:19):j:j

Um splits were weird - becuase of the elevation pattern min 30 max 269 but ascent at 486 ft and descent the same, starting with a huge downhill a big but slow building hill in the middle (around the same size as the first one but not as steep) and ending with the up of the huge downhill - which I didnt quite get up0
