    Yep, 1 am is running away from all the men chasing me down the high street, 3am running away from all the police chasing me down the high street!!! Have to take the stilletos off though, very dangerous items! especially risky to ankle bones.

    Right, enough of these shenanigans i have a pony waiting to be fed, birthday presents to buy and a hair of the dog to be drunk!!! Happy running people, HAve been triathalon training (v uncomfortable situation cnoelj if you catch me drift!) But had a great time and going swimming every weds evening from now on. They train in a lake at the weekends, brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr, i pass on that one fo r now me thinks. Have a great sunny lovely nice day. :D

    ZTD stop it i need to go out!! and i keep getting dragged back!! (did you see the article in the paper about bottom pinching the other day, highly entertaining, I think that would make me run in super quick time!!)

    HI all, am starting to feel better this evening have been dosed up to the eyeballs to try and kick this thing. Will have a nice easy day tomorrow then hopefully will be back out on the street (dodging the seagulls) on Monday. I've got a nice easy week at work then 18 yes 18 days off! Am going to do some serious mileage including some new runs when down at in-laws in South Wales next weekend.
