    Ran three miles last night to rugby, took a wrong blinking turning and ended up going up Mount Everest!!! Taking a few days off now to rest

    Then toddled off to Decathlon and got my application for London Marathon :j

    Now going to drink more wine....................

    I distinctly remember wine forming a large part of my training routine when I ran London. I am fairly sure that I wouldn't have got around without the copious amounts of chocolate I consumed too!

    I may yet go and get an application form for next year, but more to give me a chance of getting in future years! I don't think I could run for a bus at the moment!!

    Hypno, get your trews on love and come for a run with me!!!!!!!! could do with a motivational boost, Ipod included though of course!!!!!! We can be kind to each other and stop for a breather whenever you like, british military fitness regime this ain't! Honest guv!
