Won't be able to look at you in the same light again!
Yeah, cunning wasn't it?My nickname at schools was tripod.

Hi everyone. How are you all?
I've not been here in a while so have only read the last few posts.
Sallyx, I feel your pain being a shrimp at 4'11. My Tchibo trousers do sweep the floor a tad, or would do if I didn't turn the waistband over at least once
I managed to complete my training plan last week, including the 20 miles on Sunday. The time allowed was 3.30 but I managed to knock of 10 mins  . This week's training is a repeat of last, as I have two 'spare' weeks. I'll repeat next week's training schedule also minus the Sunday run as I might be partying on the Saturday :shhh:
I didn't do any speedwork with the club last night as I had to go to a meeting, but I'll be running home from work this evening which should be about 6 miles if I end with a loop of Clapham Common. Hills tomorrow and maybe speedwork on Friday evening, rest Saturday and 20 miles on Sunday. Lord, I'm tired just writing it down :rotfl:
My knees have been creaking for a while so I'm going to start taking glucosamine. I'm fine when I run but sitting down for long periods (I'm a secretary) is not what my knees like, so I have to remember to walk around periodically.
Time for a [strike]packet of crisps[/strike] piece of fruit now
Becky, I've been known to mountain climb in the past, which I quite enjoyed :sigh:The 365 Day 1p Challenge 2025. Member #420 -
