    Ah my apologies Rich!

Um quick question - is anyone based in Devon?? I'm trying to find a 10 miler through Stover Country Park for Sunday and mapmyrun.com doesnt show it on street view and on satellite view its just trees (no surprise there of course!)...and I cant remember it well enough to know what would be a 10 miler...

    Thanks if anyone can help!

does the park have a website? or is it part of forestry commision?

    edit - try this

    http://www.devon.gov.uk/index/environment/natural_environment/country_parks/stover_country_park/interactive_map.htm

i know Sal, more shopping! my bad!! but to be fair, the tops will be returned if not a good fit, and the trousers are lovely so wanted another pair.... my other 2 old long pairs are shot to hell, so i may bin them, or save them for biking only, so it doesn't matter if they get oil or caught in the chain.

Good idea to get your heart thingy checked out.... no harm in being aware.

Well done on stopping and not just glorying on when the knee gave you gyp... the mile 'n' a half walk will have gave it strength again afterwards.... or something...!

how tall are you maz? I really liked the look of the trousers but worried they will be too long on me

Thanks Maz seen that one - but no distances...sigh...I want to go and I'm only there two days as we planted a tree there a few years ago when my grandad died and I'd really like to see how its getting on so I thought I might as well tie it to a run! Might just head down on Sun avo instead!

I'm 5' 4" hun... with a big bum which probably brings them up a bit too....!

they aren't the kind trousers you could take up either, due to the zips at the back...unless you were a very clever seamstress.... best to try them on if you can at the Tchibo shop....

you'd think i was on commision wouldn't you? i can do for tchibo what Rich does for sorbawhatsits!

you could always estimate your run to times, i.e. 9 min miles, so run for 90 mins.... you'd more or less cover your 10 miles then, don't get too hung up on the numbers every time.... might be a nice idea.

I think I did see them when I went in the shop but thought the same about the zips at the back. I hate being short sometimes.

My ECG was normal :j ....oh and I've lost a stone since last time I was weighed at the doctors! :j AND that's at the wrong totm, when I'm always a few pounds heavier.

I wont get the full results till Friday, but the nurse (very dishy) told me that the summary said 'normal'.

I asked him if vigorous exercise was okay :D and he said yes and WINKED!!! :rotfl: (how unprofessional! :p)
