Glad she enjoyed it anyway. I am proud to say I have never seen ANY of the HSM films
No doubt there will be something else popular by the time DD is at an age when she would be interested!

Its all a matter of working on strength and speed in the right mix for the event you are targetting. Talking of which what 10K time would represent success on 25th Jan?
Rich, I have just sent you a pm with all of the details on so hopefully this will be enough information to come up with a plan.
I am feeling very smug today as I took a leaf out of Becky's book and got up early to run. I was out of the house by 6:15 am  and did a 5.5-mile route whilst it was still dark. I have to say, I found it tough because my body really was still under my duvet. Anyway, I managed to run it in 57:30, which is OK for a morning run (I am not usually a morning person).
I am still buzzing now though, and may even do it again sometime.Sealed Pot Challenge #8 £341.90

Hi All,
Just thought I'd give a quick update on my progress....played footy on tuesday, only for 40 mins instead of the usual hour, but did 2 games in that time, instead of the normal one - so 20 minutes in I was competing against people on fresh legs again - so really had to push myself.
Yesterday I did my little "hilly" route again, but added on a bit to make it 6.5 miles - did it in 55 minutes something, which I was pleased with...everyone keeps saying "the pace will come" - starting to feel like that's actually happening a little bit - I really wasn't trying to run fast or anything yesterday, but did the 10k in 52 mins - which is, again, the fastest I've done it in training - think the hills actually help if anything...once I get off them and start the 3 miles back on the flat, I really feel I've got a bit more spring in my step, it's a bit easier etc...
Might give my old 10k route a run tomorrow (legs a little stiff again today), see what the time's like on a flatter course now
Glad you guys are all getting on well - and your time's tumbling now, rich0 -
Hey Maz :wave:With "High School Musical 3: Senior Year" counting down to its theatrical premiere in about ten days, sequel talks of "High School Musical 4" have been brought up once again. On Sunday, October 12 in "Senior Year" press conference, producer Bill Borden stressed that the fourth installment of the highly successful "High School Musical" is to follow saying, "Yes, there will be a fourth movie."
Hollyscoop reported that Borden further explained, "We haven't actually really even talked about 4 that much together. But we've been working so hard on 3. As a producer, I haven't talked to Disney about 4. We have a ways to go." Though insisting that "HSM 4" will be made, he rejected the idea that it will follow one of the stars to the college. "Personally, I don't think it will be College Musical," so he claimed as quoted by E! Online."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -

The way things are going, I think it will just be HSM22 - and you'll have to watch all the others before you take her to see it0 -
