Its nice and quiet in here - I'll tip toe around so as not to wake anyone up:p

Sally and Becky have good long runs this morning.

I'd normally say if it starts getting tough just focus on the thought of finishing in The Mall on April 26th - should be easy enough for Becky considering The Mall is part of this morning's run. It certainly makes the visualisation a bit more real.

Blimey Rich you were up early this morning....

I am off to have scrambled eggs on toast then going to do a 'proper' five mile run in Worcester - 11am....trying to pretend its just another normal weekday run at the minute and chillin - I am looking forward to it....

Will check in later and see how you are all getting on......Hope you got out and back okay Snags. Becky and Sally - pound those streets with ease!

PS - I have dropped 5lbs in two weeks!!!!

Well done Sammy and good luck later. Enjoying it is half the battle. I often find my best times are when I take the pressure off myself and say I am going to enjoy the experience

Morning everyone, I did 2.1 miles yesterday according to the GPS it was hard because of a little tinker of a hill but that can only make me stronger.

Next run will be tomorrow, sticking to 2 miles at the moment and will go to Pilates on Tuesday if I can find some pennies.

Hope you have good runs everyone.

    Grrrr just lost my post

Right been out this morning, got up early in fact it was still dark and SOOOO foggy. Planned a different route this morning and was a lovely run in fact I found it easy today *runs and hides* and legs strong and not out of breath. Managed the 8 miles in 1:24 so around 10.30 per mile compared to last week 11.35 per mile (with a quick toilet stop) so feel there is some progress there. Although I know Rich these runs are for distance not speed, felt much quicker and stronger over this distance.

So hope you have had a good run this morning in the big smoke Becky, Snaggles have you been out...im checking on you!
Evab well done on your run yesterday
Sammy 5 llbs not fair....I haven't lost a single pound and really going to start calorie counting to make sure I am eating enough on days I run and not too much on days I don't. Once I know what sort of quantities and foods I can get away with I might get somewhere.

Rich why on earth where you up so early this morning....actually not sure I want to know;)
Everyone else I hope you are all ok :)
    God those endorphines are pumping

    Morning all,

Still I managed 7.5 (got thrown off my route) - looking forward to my first rest day in 6 days tomorrow!

Oh I know why Rich was up so early tee hee...it has something to do with Japan!

glad your run was good Sally!

Nothing at all as dramatic as that. Met up with friends late afternoon/early evening. Didn't have that many at all. But because of my erratic sleeping patterns lately it knocked me out and I was in bed early. Hence waking up early. I was out with an ex so I am pretty pleased I don't have to make any confessions this morning
