Now Rich thank you for your info on stretching. Now something else I wanted to know is how beneficial is a sport massage. If they are when should I have one and how often (remember I am a DFW)
All massage is good as long as :
1. It is firm (Otherwise it turns into the other type of massage!)
2. It is in the direction of the heart.
It is always beneficial either before an event to relieve tightness or after an event to promote the removal of waste products. But its not worth paying for unless its very cheap because you want it on a regular basis if at all possible.
