    I ran 5k!!!!!!!!

3 MILES!!!!!!!!!

I usually have to resort to a 'wiggly walk' during my half-arsed attempt at 2.5k - so how come today I managed double that distance, without stopping at all????

I loved it - for most of the time I wasn't hurting at all. I felt like I could actually run, for the first time ever! :D:D:D

    I am soooooooo happy!!! :rotfl:
