    I think you're doing brill Snags.

    I had a 'moment' yesterday, which made me realise I need to do something, be it diet, exercise or a combination or the two. I wont go into any details, but it was awful :(
    Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:

    I think you could be right Sally - I always ache the most about 36 hours later. And I can already tell I am really going to pay for this. I quite like that achey feeling though! :o But let's not stray into pleasure/pain territory... :rotfl:

    Now Rich thank you for your info on stretching. Now something else I wanted to know is how beneficial is a sport massage. If they are when should I have one and how often (remember I am a DFW)

    Those pics on FB were taken around 6 weeks ago, but are quite flatteing, which is why they're there ;)
