Blimey 5'9 is tall for a lady! So I am way under the optimal height then at 5' nothing :rotfl:

    Its 5'3" for a lady I believe.

But take it with a pinch of salt - the marathon world record has been broken by a 6'2" runner and by a 4'10" runner.

So in terms of relevant factors height is a pretty lowly one imo!

Crikes it does look a lot!

But 30 per day - they soon tot up when this thing gets going. I suppose 10 in 15 minutes is not unusual.

I can hardly be on here every minute of the day, be working every minute of the day and training every minute of the day - but it doesn't stop me getting accused of them all!! :rotfl:

I'll have to try and work that out - maybe I am a multi-tasker after all. I could be a honorary woman!!! :p:p

    Evening all,

Yes I am looking forward to my rest day tomorrow...been out for a 6 miler tonight...not quite the 7.5 I was hoping for but it was too dark to do another loop and luckily there were some hills involved.

I'm looking forward to my 4 mile fartlek on Tuesday!

Well done everyone today! Wowee there's been a lot of running this weekend...

I'm at a total of only 22 or so this week which is pretty rubbish - must try harder!!

    2 Hrs 03 Mins 59 Secs

Two hours used to seem impossible - I'm not so sure anymore!!

Rich, I think Maz has suggested Beginners and Beyond Virtual Runners for the club name too. I could have that wrong, but it would take me hours to go back and check without a proper internet connection, sorry. :o Hope you're well and the training is going okay?
