    Evening all!

    Did my other 4 miles on the way home from work tonight so am feeling gooood (if you know what I mean ;))

    anyway, just wanted to say - thank you Rich! Training plan is ace, LM here I come and thanks for all the encouragement. :)

    After! Unless you are going to get up 2 hours before the the run that is, otherwise you run the risk of getting a stitch.

    Hello people can't keep away :) Looks like all the newbies (or DFW veterans) are getting addicted to the running too! Snaggles you sounds like you're progressing well!

    Wish I could say yes, but today have been feeling particularly crappy! Actually tonight its just the cough that is driving me mad so hoping I might be able to do a 6 miles on Friday. What do you think coach??
