Maz that is fan blooming tastic....there is no stopping you! Do you know what next weeks run will entail??
Im hoping that I can run on Friday (providing the cough is better) which should put me in a better mood. Just have a lot on my plate at the monent. I have sorted out finances for next month which has been worrying me (It's always left to me and I feel like its such a burden) planned in some study time (behind with my uni course, another worry) Listed loads on ebay (should generate some funds), Worrying about DD going on a trip out tomorrow at pre-school (first one that I won't be accompanying her and thinking about all the things that could happen...always the positive one me!)
Right I will stop waffling now, I will try to keep positive and keep smilingI'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

Maz that's brilliant - and if you can run 2 miles without it REALLY hurting, you are waaaaaay ahead hun!
I bought some cute running gear the other day, but the tshirt isn't a technical thingy.....mind you, it was quite windy where I was running, so that kept me nice and cool. I wont be able to run in the sun very much anyway, as I'm allergic to it!
Oh that's a point - how do people cope with the more 'extreme' weather we get? For example, I would be scared to run if it was icy, as my hip joints are rather dodgy and I could end up with a major injury if I slipped and fell (god, that makes me sound about 90!)."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
Well done Maz, what a great achievement. I can't imagine being able to run for 25 minutes without walking. I'm only up to 4 at the moCos I don't shine if you don't shine.0

It sounds as though you have a lot to cope with. You seem to be coping, but make sure you do find a bit of time for yourself in amongst all that. DD will be fine hun, but it's such a worrying time, seeing them take those first tiny steps towards independence.
I hope you are well enough to run on Friday xxx"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
oh snags it normally does hurt somehow or someway, this was a rare event!
Sal - i think you are amazing thinking about doing 6 miles at the weekend, maybe worth planning on doing 4 miles and then if you feel well enough doing 6 is a bonus!
I can't wait to break my 4miles! i am already planning 4 mile routes on mapmyrun.co.ukI'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -

It doesn't really matter how quickly you progress does it? As long as you are progressing a little, and enjoying it?"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250
