If you can find mine and Sally's first posts on here, they were about 10th April... see post #1429, page 72 if you're on 20postsperpage...... you will see from small beginnings do big things happen... well for sally as she completed a half marathon a couple of weeks ago..... my progress is more modest, but you know i am a fat bird as you've met me, so the progress is all good in relative terms......

Berlin is in August so a couple of months before GNR. The end of August is the deadline for qualifying times to qualify for London so no particular reason for Berlin except its at the right time. I quite fancied Amsterdam but its too late in the year!

Got my four miles tomorrow - how long should I be doing each of my intervals for? I currently run extremely fast for as long as possible (i.e. usually to the next lampost), but should I be aiming to go a bit slower but for longer in my fast bits?? Rich??0
