Yes, it's been gorgeous here today Sally. Well done on your car boot sale, £80 is a fantastic result!

As I am temporarily not allowed to run, we went for a walk today (around Newmillerdam, for those in the area :)). We walked not just round the water, but the woods behind too, and it was lovely, although we were going at toddler speed (it took 2 hours! :rotfl:), as Natasha insisted on walking most of the way, despite being almost too tired to stand up towards the end. Nooooo idea where she gets her stubborn streak from....

Hope everyone is having a fun weekend x

Im still out of action Snaggles  and starting to feel fat, flabby and unfit (although felt most of those anyway ;) )
Got a temp, feel chilly ad my nose is streaming but has been a lovely day and spent the afternoon in the park (sitting on a bench whilst my mum entertained dd)

Bless Natasha she sounds a bit like someone I know ;) but at least you got 2 hours of walking in the sunshine
I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

No I am feeling like absolute poo, but thanks for asking. Think it will be the end of the week before back to full health

Warm but very flat and fast. I've looked at some of the previous results and it has been won in 27:39 which is just about as fast as you can get on the roads.

PS Love the new smilie - where did you get it?

Oh, I knew I had other news - I have finally bought a new lightweight buggy that I can run with more easily - hopefully the brake wont keep coming on, and it wont collapse with Natasha still in it if I go too fast. :o
