  • Heya Sallyx!

I certainly did! Did a 6 miler and left the ol' Ipod Nike + thingy going the whole way around so I didn't stop it when stuck waiting at traffic lights etc and was a right sweaty betty the whole way round...but I did it in an amazing 9 min 45 sec per mile making the run just over 58 minutes!!! I am sooooooo chuffed with that it is unreal! :j :j :j

Deffo feeling a lot stronger now and quicker too! I hope I can build on this and get even faster! Roll on this 10k...I am gonna SMASH my last 10k time...big stylee

Really sorry to hear you are still feeling poorly :grouphug: have a dodgy hug from me! I hope you get better very soon xxx

I think this sub 2 hour potential is starting to surface Donna!

Man I sooooo hope so! I would be happy with a sub 2 hour 15 time just to knock that last minute or so off!

So pleased that this time I have decided to get right back out there as opposed to taking a couple of months off and then going back to square one! Nice to have the 10k to look forward to as a new goal!

:D I reckon that when you get back out there you will feel a lot stronger and faster too...I am sure of it! It will take a week or two to feel the benefit from the half I think anyway, so don't worry...take it easy and you will be back out there before you know it! :T
