    It is isn't it!

However, I think this is one of those rare occassions where the media boys are feeling under pressure to play it all down and try to calm nerves. One paper causing alarm now could be catastrophic. Its all a bit twitchy bum time!

Anyway, on to cheerier thoughts, hows the legs feeling?

yes indeed it is, sorry still here, out of shower drying hair... pretty damn scarey actually. only last month i had a page full of 5.79%-5.99% mortgages to offer people. this month they have vanished again. Aaaargh!!!! yes, I was made redundant from new build and moved to purely re-mortgage, not enjoying it though, I feel sorry for so many of my customers.

    Happy running!!!

They're like rocking horse poo at the moment I'm afraid Maz! Unless you've got a great income and at least 10% deposit (20% for the better rates).

Maz yep I rent too but privately. Cost of Houses in Dorset is just laughable. No way that we can afford a house but if things keep going down that might be possible :T Just need to clear the debt then we should be on the up!

I'll know where to come for mortgage advise then P

So you're mending nicely. Just take it easy, in this period your mind is a far better runner than your body.
