It was the Bungay marathon, 2 degrees and it snowed. i missed the time I wanted of under 4 hours, did 4.06.14

'The Black Dog' Not particularly flat either, so well done.

Pick a flatter marathon and that 6 minutes will soon disappear!

PS Are your initials KL? (Because if so, thats another Male Vet which will make me less of an oddity)

I would say well done but I'm still mad at you for hurting my chuckle muscles earlier! ;).

But I can't help myself, well done - you came out on the right side of the mental dilemma there!

PS Are you going to be watching your countryman have his big moment in half an hour?

i kinda think i came out in the middle ground really.... 4 miles would be nice but it's a lot to squeeze in especially with so little daylight.....

erin was on her bike, i gave her a flouro jacket to wear but by the time we were almost home i was powering in to get before darkness... bearing in mind that we live in the country and we were on a b-road, thankfully a quiet one....

    i think i'll watch the tennis tomorrow....:p
