    Happy to help!!

    I have a quandry.......

do i..... drop erin off at brownies with her bike in the back of the jeep, at 6pm, then run to brownies at 1930 (leave at 7pm to give myself 30mins) and run back (2miles each way) with erin on her bike. 4mile run, with reasonable break in between... will run/walk if i need to....

or .... drop erin off in the car no bike in the back, cycle her bike to brownies to meet her (her bike is small ladies, slightly smaller than mine) and run home
with her on her bike 2 miles cycle/2miles run

or .... do i drop erin off with her bike and then take my bike up to meet her, and we both cycle back (hence no running but 4mile cycle)

Or... drive there and back... end of (0 exercise)

Answers in the next 5 minutes as leave work at 530......!

Survived again - this time I only stopped to cross the busy main road, and when I got to school, felt as though I could have run further. Still had niggling probs with the asthma, but didn't feel like I was dying today :rotfl:

Why not piggy-back Erin both ways - you might only have a 23-pack at the end. :p
