    Hi Sally,

Are you doing a half a week on Sunday? I'm jealous - I can't wait to get that buzz of anticipation again in the week before a big one.

    What are you aiming for?

I think you've got enough for the rest of us ladies - you seem to be doing very well at keeping us entertained!

Oh I'm a laughing stock now, am I?

Since you're being entertained that image is now a curly haired, red headed tortoise with clicky ankles and letting off party poppers!

    Where is this heading?

Listen old man - that was not an insult - more a 'quiet' way of saying I think you've still got it! :p

How rude of you...I am neither wrinkled nor covered in a hard shell! The rest however...

    Damp squirrel is not bad!

    They called me much worse.

I think you've got to concentrate on the cute bit rather than the damp bit IMO. (Just a thought).

Definitely damp this morning! If the weather doesn't improve it's going to be a real struggle for me to make the move from treadmill to outside :o

I have been thinking about the endorphin thing, and though it's a while since I ran I definitely get a high from it - not sure it's that sort of high though...

I love the rain, well after the first mile or so. Its kind of refreshing. Just go or it - you'll love it as you know from previous runs. Becky can't run in the rain though - being a dalek, she'll rust!

As for the endorphins, keep trying. I could never see why all those strange people do ultra marathons but I'm having second thoughts now.

I love running the rain - it stops me from going red in the face!

    What an ultra marathon?

Hey - has anyone here tried hashing?
