Do you not read the op either then? I DONT CARE THAT PEOPLE DONT THINK THIS IS KOSHER. The fine/charge has been paid. Not by me, i wouldnt pay it. Private parking fines aint worth the paper theyre written on. Want me to pay? Put barriers up. Job done.
The issue at hand is CAN ME COMPANY PAY IT THEN ASK ME TO REFUND THEM? The answer appears to yes from my research. Sadly no help from the forum and its " experienced" members. Which leads me to ask how can you be more experienced at money saving? "Ive saved more money than you" is not a quatifiable statement. That naturally leads onto the phrase further help. There hasnt been intial help. This makes further help incredibly difficult.
I've answered your question in post #29 and you do not need to do any research as I speak from experience. My ex-employer deducted monies from my salary without my permission so I took them to tribunal which is where I found all this out.
In regards to the parking charge, it was merely a speculative invoice which would have to be 'enforced' through a civil court. Your employer should simply pass the matter over to yourself to deal with as it is a civil matter.PLEASE NOTEMy advice should be used as guidance only. You should always obtain face to face professional advice before taking any action.0 -
