Aiming for Mortgage Free by 1st September 2018

Another quickie and likely final update for anyone else approaching the end of their mortgage.
I had a letter from Tesco on Friday to say that they had completed the forms for Land Registry to remove their charges from the Title of the property.
Today I had a letter from Land Registry confirming that had been done - but nothing to say I now owned the full title for the property and there were no other charges (I knew there shouldn't be, but wanted the peace of mind!).
Anyway, in the letter it offers you the option to download a PDF for £3 from their website, which I have done and it shows that I now hold the full title and no lenders are registered against the property.
Awesome!0
