Had my OR interview today, took 3 hours - we've got a number of buy to let properties so possibly a bit more unusual and time consuming. But the OR was very nice, he went through my SOA asking more indepth questions, which I answered to the best of my knowledge. Just my DP to go now, he has his interview next week.

Hi,

Can anyone help please! I went BR in August 2013 and all had been quiet until now getting letters from collection agencies telling me I have so many days to pay up. What do I do? Forward letters to OR or do I reply telling them I'm BR?

Ignore them or Use one of Fermi's template letters and send them a copy of your BR order. If they persist, let the OR know. I had one DCA who started calling after BR and I just told them over the phone, gave them the date/Court and I never heard from them again
