Hi kittykatt, I know it's easy for me to say but try not to get worked up about Thursday, it won't be as bad as you imagine! I went bk in June, I was just like you before my appointment but it was fine! The court staff were polite, it was no worse than any other government department. I didn't have to see the judge but from what I have read here they might just want to double check you are sure of what you are doing. I felt embarrassed walking into the court but I needn't have worried, everyone there had there own troubles and were not worried about what I was doing there!

Hi , ive got my appointment on the 1st too ! Actually not dreading it that much thanks to reading alot of experiences on this forum. Just hoping ive got everything right on my forms , they are so confusing !

This club is for everyone who has gone or going through the process of Bankruptcy during August 2013. So please feel free to join and post.

Pop your name on here, the date that you went/are going Bankrupt. Then just keep everyone in the club updated throughout the next year about your BR journey. That way you can all stick together, compare notes and be there to support each other during the different stages of your Bankruptcies.
