Got my first batch in the oven, put in some cinnamon too as it will be good for ds1( diabetic) he loves his grannys hobnobs:D

I am going to make these hobnobs & then watch my hips expand!
I want the fork biscuit recipe but I just searched & well, it was !!!!!!. If anyone has the fork biscuit recipe can they pm me it or post it on here.

Did my hobnobs last night with the cinnamon in and they taste yummy:j may have made them a bit big as i only got 38 out of them!
Enough to keep us going though:D

I got 41 from my mixture but could get more as some were a bit large.
They are lovely!

Had to try the hobnob recipe just to see what they were like. Made about 56 so had a few to sample yum yum and youngest son off to the office with the rest -so will report back what they think of them hehe:rotfl:0

i put a boxful in the freezer last night and covered the hobnobs with greaseproof then the lid, this morning they werent stuck together and defrosted well though maybe not quite so crisp but still very tasty0

Mine came out soft but they taste lovely. I said to DH that they were supposed to be crisp, like biscuits, but he just asked "what's wrong with them?" and ate another one!
What should I do next time? I followed the recipe exactly and they are a golden brown.0 -
how many biscuits did you get from the mix? and i find they are firmer the next day, i wouldnt say they are very very crisp but you could give them a few minutes longer next time but see how they are tomorrow, also what marg did you use?0
