  • Yes, the first thing that caught my eye was the amount of bins. How many other houses would have to use that access point?
I immediately think of possibility of rubbish being dumped and being the one having to clear it.

Lovely house otherwise. weather could play apart as some said. I notice my normally busy road had less pedestrians as weather was hotter also, school holiday getaway time.

Perhaps you could also put your link on Gumtree. Everything I put on their seems to come up in the first pages of searches.

    No viewings at all :-(

What a great pity. It's the kind of house that would really have appealed to me when I was looking to downsize last year & I'm certain in many areas it would have already been snapped up by now, especially in areas where 2 beds are quite scarce.

I really do think you need to get a new photo of the living room put up as the current one does make the ceiling appear very low as another poster mentions & gives the feeling that it could be quite an oppressive room. This could turn any potential viewers off.

Is that a fluorescent light in the kitchen? If so get rid of that as it immediately puts you in mind of elderly people owning the property who haven't wanted to spend more than they have to on the house.

I noted that another poster mentioned having room sizes in feet & inches as well as metric sizes & have to agree with that. I'm not ancient, but of the age to want a much smaller property & although I have a rough idea of visual size in metres, it would be an instant understanding of the sizes of rooms if stated in good old feet & inches.

Good luck with getting some viewers & a potential buyer soon, as it will make a lovely home for somebody looking for a 2 bedder & a easy to manage garden.
The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.

I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.
