On image nine showing the front of the property it looks like a path at the side with several wheelie bins to the side of your house. I don't know if I'm looking at it wrong but it appears that other people park their bins by your house. If I'm wrong change the picture.

I agree with other posters - house itself looks fine but lose the picture showing all the bins. Also whats behind the garden - looking at the area on google maps and streetview- is it a large school? This may put some people off viewing.
  • Great help to have this feedback. I will contact the agent to change them. Thank you

I don't think there is a through way beside the house, just an alley to a couple of gardens, but I'm used to aerial viewing. So, I agree that a cropped front photo not showing the sheds, bins etc would be good.

You back onto a school, which is a positive in that as no development will happen behind, but the desirability does depend on the school!

I agree with those who say there is nothing major wrong here. It's a slow time of year and maybe your area is slower than most.
  • I have checked how many 2 bed sold in 1/2 mile of area within last 2 years and only 5 houses which is really worrying. Dont know what happened to the area as i stated before the two local agent i asked they said about 70% asian buyer.

Not sure why you keep mentioning Asian buyers? As long as you get a buyer what does it matter?
  • That's local agents said. the area is slow because of most Asain buyers dont buy 2 bedroom houses they go for 3 beds and above.

Hmm, that's interesting so have you checked out to see if that's true.

What would the rental value of your house be? I am guessing that it doesn't stack up with asking price for a rental?
  • I live in Road called Coates close, Off Tinsel Road of bywell road.

Alot of houses selling in bywell road and tinsel road by asian but they are all 3 bedroom houses. I have moved in 2008 there only few asian buying this time but the estate agent said now only asian buying round dewsbury and most of Batley areas.

Do you think is worth renting if the house price in this area will not go up? if the houses not even selling? Thanks
