Funny how we are good for lots of things when in work and extra work yet soon as you don't have a job no one wants to know. Agencies will put a CV forward with one years exp who is in work over someone with 10 who lost their job last week! Fact.We’ve had to remove your signature. What I want to know is when do people lose their employability ? I am guessing its on day one after they get made redundant.

I think you're right you do lose employability from day one. But has to be even harder after 2 years to find there are a number of barriers in your way. And I guess the WP and JC don't understand how employers see things.0 -
I do 12 hours per week voluntry in an office on mondays and wednesdays and they can kiss my !!! if they think im gunna do 30+ hours for £72 a week.0
