It wasn't like they wrote an ad saying they needed a car driver who was willing to work overtime etc0 -
Are you receiving Nectar points for posting on this thread? For one can only think this is the main reason you spend so much time on here. You really are coming across as a repetitive bore.
Since you like to offer 'advice' (stop laughing at the back) and you claim to be able to offer interviews, just what do you do for a living?
Don't you mean clubcard points (which are more valuable than nectar points!)0 -

I just felt you should be justifying yourself on this forum, seeing as you seem to regularly pass judgements on others that come on here for some advice.
Thank you!
I've justified more than most on here already with job details, advice on selection processes, interviews, CV's etc so much more credible than the nay sayers already. Much of which is met with veiled inferences, victim mentality and apathy from those with no sense of responsibility or even the balls to own up to their current position on an anonymous forum.
So you'll perhaps forgive me for being a little less spineless and 'justifying' myself further to those that expect to be pandered or else carry on going round their same old loop.
Seriously, thanks for your comments tho.0 -
sensibleadvice wrote: »Jeez, just how much minute do you expect in an advert. It might sound like a crazy concept but the whole point of an interview is for employer to find out about candidate and candidate to find out about employer and the job.
hows about the job, job duties and if you need to be able to drive plus if overtime is available
points that are in every advert out there apart from the wrongfully placed one for this one
it may sound like a crazy concept to you - to have a job interview that matches the job description0 -

It's reference to "victim" etc that shows you to be trolling and not interested in helping
To help you need to listen and understand/comprehend which are concepts you have not shown0 -

However, the reality is we do many things on the Internet now where we once physically went somewhere...banks, shopping, research and job seeking all done online. With that come other issues; issues that mean people have to use common sense. Would you go to the library to research something or perhaps take a chance, use google and consider the results on their merits?
Of course I understand that so many things are online now.
But, the net, although a wonderful tool in many ways, is also a goldmine to scammers.
There appears to be no way of checking the jobs advertised, and although I appreciate that the UJM showing thousands of 'jobs' means the government can say they have created all these extra jobs, it's of little use to anyone if they are not genuine and used to scam.
The JCP staff, and I was one, were paid to actually assist with finding work. They are still being paid, don't seem to assist much, so what are they being paid for?
We have added an extra tier with WP's and they also seem unable to do much at all - why are we paying them?
By your reckoning, people could look on the net themselves and find work, so all this non assistance is unnecessary.
This seems more about 'cash for chums owning WP firms' than any worthwhile attempt to get people into work.
The facts are that the reforms are not working, the welfare bill is still rising and the whole thing needs to be taken back to the drawing board, for everyone's sake.
LinYou can tell a lot about a woman by her hands..........for instance, if they are placed around your throat, she's probably slightly upset.0 -
I said why Ithink they are paid
It would be better of they looked for work instead of sanctioning anyone they feel like0 -

They are paid to sign you and make sure you are doing what you are meant to do or they refer you, that's it.We’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Never have? You do realise Morglin actually did work there. Not so long back they did actually have some semblance of being an organisation that tried to help people into work.
Of course I am sure you know better.0 -
