It's officially 26 weeks afaik, unless different areas are doing different things

I finished MIR (Mandatory Intervention Regime) last week.

No warning from my advisor before, he just said your 26 weeks are up on sign-on, which was a surprise.

As after I finished MWA (Manadatory Work Activity) about 3 months ago, he said I will only sign with him until I get a job at same time as my advisor appointments with him. Before that I was occasionally signing with normal sign-on team, separate from advisor appointments.

On PWP, did 2 week Employability course, did 2 out 4 weeks on MWA, then did 3 months ECDL computer course off my own back, while advisor had wanted me to do Work Experience.
I have been back at the JC 28 weeks now and no mention of anything else other than signing and seeing the advisor when she fits me in

the digs you get are because you appear on occasion to be trying to provoke a reaction and you do make unkind comments to people who have been nothing but reasonable towards you. i'm glad you acknowledge that its possible for a claimant to not be a waster even if it was only in a small way.

I am reasonable to everyone on here apart from you and the rest of your keyboard warrior team

Strange how you've not considered the referals are likely correct in the first place. And still the mindset that someone else should take responsibility.
no of course some are correct.

as you have disagreed with csmw before they probably think you fall into one of the negative categories they mentioned and that is why you havent seen them.

Not at all, it's crystal clear, there's a quite reasonable option to job seek as per JSA and the appropriate allowance will be paid.
the subject was workfare not jobseeking.

You've introduced the "waster" label. They said "so why waste there time or your just simply unemployable.." Interesting you're unable to discern the difference.

In the same way you can't comprehend that "not the matter of how many jobs its that the person has not been job seeking over the entire period." is fair because it applies to all jobseekers. You may not like that fact but that doesn't make it unfair.

Well Oct2011 to Oct 2012 there were nearly 80,000 sanctions overturned at reconsideration and over 3,000 overturned on appeal.

no what you also said is if you find a job that a persons hasnt applied for you can sanction them.
read front and back what happened to it being at the front?

Your actually just boring me now trying to twist everything I say.. I won't be replying to any of your further comments. I have far better things to do with my free time

Interesting how you perceive an advisor wanting to see keen jobseekers as having a dig.
no that post you quoted does not say that.
