say you walked in to town and back asking stores and handing cvs out.
2 hours there 2 hours back, and 1 hour talking to retailers.

But you should take it seriously. You can not just say 'oh yeah I look once a week' or 'I look for 20 mins a day'
yes of course. i am just saying making full time hours a legal requirement and classing it as a full time job is wrong.

i would put more than 1 hour for talking to retailers. if they put a full time requirement on people then you would do your best to make out everything lasted as long as possible to ensure you get the hours in.

I think you have a responsibility and can not be out and about living it up when you are meant to be looking for a job.

i think most people can manage to do as required. i do more but as it is a pain filling in the 2 forms a fortnight i only record the minimum required for them.

theres no point in doing anymore for the jc than required. you can do more seperately if you wish like i do. i suspect those who spend 8 hours a day 7 days a week looking are in the minority.
