If just one of the nay sayers takes that on board and changes their approach that's a step in the right direction. If highlighting that touches a nerve then guilty as charged, tough love an all that. Ooops there goes the hidden agenda.0 -

Jobseeking is depressing, but blaming others for your negative mindset is just validating all the poster is saying. Why would someone be spending so long to give you advice? Atleast you have finally admitted you're negative.0 -

I was chatting to someone the other day, who had a difficult benefit problem, bringing it up with her MP seemed to work wonders in sorting out the mess.
And the MP in question is a Tory and friend of Mr Cameron.0 -

People can choose to do something about their negative mindset though but they have to be true to themselves and admit the true problem first. They don't because it's much easier to blame everything else.0 -

People should use them, as all of these workers are public servants, and all have a contractual duty to treat members of the public in a certain way. That is not to say that, sometimes, sanctions shouldn't be used, but it all needs to be transparent and fair.
But, some claimants also need to realise that they also have an obligation to be courteous and polite to those dealing with their unemployment.
LinYou can tell a lot about a woman by her hands..........for instance, if they are placed around your throat, she's probably slightly upset.0
