Well they can sanction you in advance can they?

What if you get a letterwould she need ying the is a doubt raised against you for the end of November, do you have your lists the ones you showed the JC?

My job centre want to keep these and I say they can not have them as it could come back on you as a sanction and then what proof do you have?

ASE doubts are refferd on the day and the customer are given the letter there and then not sent in the post

But I don't see how there would be doubt against me from November as since then I have signed they have agreed I have done what is required of me and I have had my payment, why would they then need to go back and check. I do keep my job search records as I need them for my info to check/chase up jobs I have applied for etc but I don't see the need to keep them indefinitely.

Probably don't want to see you often as if your behavior on here is anything to go by I feel sorry for your advisor.

By the sounds of it you go out you way to be difficult. Therefore why would anyone want to deal with that when they can just sign you and let you go.

There are actually people who want and need our help..our time is better focused on them not on people who just want to get a rise out of us.

And no I don't know you...and nor do you know me so don't pressume you know how I or any other advisor acts.
LOL not at all I have asked for help and was told in the FIRST apt 'I cant give you any'!!! I can assure you I am not difficult at all. I have told her about the 3rd party jobs on the UJM and people like ADZUNA flooding it. She never knew about that and was going to bring it up with her manager.

Sign me on and let me go? My 'advisor' doesn't sign me at all.

She is the post WP advisor and fully booked till January

Well you never know do you? I keep all mine to be on the very safe side. Since they barely look at them and rarely sign them as being looked at and or want to keep them I want to be on the safe side and keep them all.

She wouldn't sign me as I have said she is fully booked till January and only seen her now 4 times since July as she has told me 'I don't need to see you' and that was at my first apt with her.

I am far from difficult and I know that as a fact its not an opinion!

Like I say I asked for help in the 1st apt and was told 'we cant give you any'!

Then you have been added to BAU (business as usual caseload) caseload.

from the point of an advisor we ve 20/30 mins to see someone. in that time we have to carry out the interview check jobsearch and sign a customer. you have stated you provide more info then required, expect the advisor to go through it with a fine tooth comb... wont let them have a copy even though you have been asked to condense it...that unfortunately equals difficult

and exactly what help was asked for?

Interview when you sign? No not at my JC at all. That's an appointment you are talking about not fortnightly signing. At the booked apts you don't show a job search.

20/30 mins? LOL More like 2 that's how long I am at my JC to sign. They sign one person every few minutes.

You have said I could get a sanction if I don't apply for enough so I show them all that I apply for - its the JC fault they have no time to check them all one at a time not mine.

Condense it all so they can sanction me? I don't think so. What if they then produced this list of jobs you talk about that I could have applied for? Then what?

That is not difficult at all that's doing what it expected surely?
