I really do doubt that the JC will suddenly produce 50 job adverts as proof against the ones the person has applied for.
Would take them a fair while to gather 60 jobs adverts in a 14 day period when they barely have the time to sign people.
No offense but you can believe what you like. I'm a linked advisor which mean I do the majority of the dma activities in my office.
I was trying to help but if you think you as a claimant know better then go ahead.
It would take me about 30 mins to collate that many adverts and have done. But remember I was only using those figures as an example a dm would most likely be happy with 10-15 more than the customer had applied for. Its about showing the cm that there was more the customer could have done and if it's reasonable.
And the advisors and people who sign people on are 2 completely different jobs.0 -

Yes I do know better as I have been told many times
1 - you are writing to many jobs down on the sheets
2- we need to keep these sheets
3 - I am not going to read all of these
To which I say
1 - I can write down as many jobs as I like so you cant say I never applied for enough
2 - no you can not have the sheets as they are mine as proof I have applied for these jobs and need to have them for the follow ups as you have told us to put dates on them for when we will chase the applications etc
3 - Why do I have to write them all down then if you aren't going to check them?
the JC have no answers for this at all
Good luck if anyone thinks they will catch me out as I have kept all emails for all the jobs I have applied for and the JC job booklets/sheets from the 1st day I signed on and can produce them all in asked!
What you are saying here is just proof the JC are there to ONLY catch people out.
I applied for 72 jobs in the last 10 days so good luck to anyone looking for more for me to apply for. We’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

Thank you for the info, personally I find it helpful and I appreciate you giving up your free time to do so. The information you have provided would probably not be freely available to us otherwise.0 -
Hep me how? I am not the one who has been told you are not applying for enough jobs! I have been told 'oh god this looks like the lord of the rings' to which I said 'what, never ending'?

1st off my original post wasn't in response to you so this info is irrelevant.
What it does show it that you do not actually take in what people say so shows the reasons you are unemployed.
And catch people out LOL. Erm ok0 -
csmw can i just ask, does a claimant need to keep records as far back as AP007, can you be back dated sanctioned? or can you only be asked to prove what you have done in the two week period you are signing for?0

Thankyou You're welcome, the unfortunate thing is on here you get persecuted for having a certain job and if the behaviour it replicated direct to staff, in the jobcentre who are just trying to do their jobs I can see why customers are given a hard time respect is a 2 way street.0 -

No you sign for each 2 week period which is stand alone. However in certain circumstances ie. You're signing was advanced Christmas bank holidays etc they can ask for job search since you last signed.
I have know a customer refferd for saying they were on a course then not attended and the jobsearch was taken back 8 weeks.0 -

You have no idea of my situation as you are not my advisor are you so you don't know what I cant get interviews!
Yeah the JC are there to catch you out
IF they have out in writing 10 jobs a week they can not say 50 a weekWe’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

What if you get a letter saying the is a doubt raised against you for the end of November, do you have your lists the ones you showed the JC?
My job centre want to keep these and I say they can not have them as it could come back on you as a sanction and then what proof do you have? We’ve had to remove your signature. I don't take in what people say? Take in what exactly? You mean when the job centre say 'we cant help you' or 'I wont need to see you often' that bit? Yeah I take that in and understand that 100%

Probably don't want to see you often as if your behavior on here is anything to go by I feel sorry for your advisor.
By the sounds of it you go out you way to be difficult. Therefore why would anyone want to deal with that when they can just sign you and let you go.
There are actually people who want and need our help..our time is better focused on them not on people who just want to get a rise out of us.
And no I don't know you...and nor do you know me so don't pressume you know how I or any other advisor acts.0
