You make a lot of sense, money etc.
I've just got one of those blooming idiots move near me. I'm hoping it will calm down
What county are you moving to?
Errrm....do you mind if I pass on mentioning it...
The last thing I want is to attract lots of other people seeking what I'm seeking...I've been on the receiving end of just how fast it turned out NOT to be a good idea for various people to say that my current area is "nice". Well...it used to be...until lots of people said it was....and then the hordes started piling in...:(...and its rather ruined it for those of us who were here anyway:(:(
Lesson learned and "trap firmly shut"....though I'm well aware that jobs is something there aint where I'm going and that doesn't bother me a bit personally...as I'm retired anyway....but....I've learnt discretion is the better part of valour over the years in some respects...
It's horrible...you'd hate it...everyone would hate it....just take my word for it:rotfl:. Anyone would hate it if they wanted: liveliness, lots of facilities, good transport links, JOBS (oh...did I mention jobs....?).
There aint no transport links to speak of, very few jobs, not a lot of facilities and darn all "political correctness" from what I can see....perfick (for me personally):D....but then (unlike OP) "cultural diversity" is something I can take or leave. If its there...I'll take advantage of the plus points of it (slavering at mouth of thought of new Indian restaurant I'm waiting to visit with a friend and must stock up on "ethnic" clothing I want before leaving). If it isn't there...then it isn't there and I'm not that bothered personally...0 -
I sympathise with the OP. I also live in Bradford and the demographics of my area is also changing. If you have no ties keeping you there then for your own sanity you should relocate.0

Ha Ha. I don't blame you. It sounds wonderful.
Maybe we'll weedle it out of you in the future!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Any more posts you want to make on something you obviously know very little about?"
Is an actual reaction to my posts, so please don't rely on anything I say.0
