Finally got my accounts done up to the end of April, that means I can now contact TC & do my tax return
Going to carry on and get them finished tonight or tomorrow so I can take DD out uniform shopping on Friday. She doesn't need that much but she's between sizes again so needs to try stuff on
Flying today:
Bedrooms vacuumed by DD after I cut her fringe and she knocked all the bits on the floor:mad:

Beds changed
Dishes done
Stupidly warm here still so flying is being kept to a minumum. My house hasn't dropped below 23degC for the past 3 weeks except for the occasional dip to maybe 20degC at night. I can't wait for it to cool down to the teens.Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -
Going to bed now but wanted to wish bossymoo a wonderful holiday with her little moos. X0

Spent 3 hours with electric hedge trimmer and my longest extension reel......and have slashed the remaining weeds in the front garden.:D:D...tomorrow I will have to spend all day picking them up
DS has been a right wots!t tonight, and decided to pour half a cup of freshly pressed farm apple juice onto the new DR carpet :eek::eek::eek::mad: while I was nipping in and out sorting the fridge
So the v@x has been out on overtime......DR carpet restored, LR carpet has had 3 hours of my attention tonight - DD3 offending meatball stain from the other day appears to have gone, but I need to check in the cold light of day to be sure.
DD4 nappies all brought in off the line, ready for folding tomorrow.
Reason for DS discontent is now apparent....he has now decided he is jealous of DD4 getting the Daisy treatment......I am not in favour of getting him to latch back on, and hope that persistence with his formula milk will pay off.
Right time to try and turn in....although DD4 is grumbling for me to re-instate Daisy mode again for the umpteenth time tonight
See you tomorrow flyladies and flygents :wave:The cold never bothered me anyway0 -

Aww thank you, we don't go till next week (6 sleeps!) and I feel I've 100 things to do first (including a spa visit this weekend :T)
I am however feeling rather pleased with myself; have just weighed myself (been trying sooo hard to eat well - and small) and I've lost 2st :T:T:T not this week obviously :rotfl: but I weighed myself (after seeing some photos ) after my Edinburgh trip at the beginning of march, so taken about 4 months, but hopefully slow and steady wins the race (and it stays off).
I have more to go, but that can wait till after hollies!
Anyway, flying! I'm going to lift the cases down from loft today and do some decluttering. MIL brought me their super light small case for DS (I have a small for DD and medium for me) so I can probably start to pack a few things, too
Got a bit of sewing to do, have a halter tie tankini top but I want to stitch the ties to the back like normal straps. I think that will be a machine job. I'll put the button back on my jeans too, that's been sat on my kitchen windowsill for 2 months
Kiddies still asleep (in own beds - 2nd night running!) so might go make a cuppa...Bossymoo
Away with the fairies :beer:0 -
Morning All
I've got quite a bit to do today as I'm on a sleepover tonight so when I go about 5 I won't be back until 6ish tomorrow evening. I need to wait in for a delivery but I've also got some shopping to do for tonight as well as sort out all the paperwork and pack. WM is already on and I think the plan for this morning is to sort out the pile of paperwork that is in the corner of the LR.
Have a good day all

hope everyone is well, hugs good wishes and positive vibes where needed.
hope the poorlies are starting to feel at least a little better, and those with bumps are growing well without too much discomfort.
DS" took the tent and went camping in a friends garden last night, looking at the wet stops on my garden chairs he may regret the decision to take the huge one with the missing fly sheet as with only a net top i think they will have got wet!!

Morning all
Rain in the night here but fortunately everything was in from the garden. I've tidied the kitchen and started on the garage, taking stuff to the scrap store this morning and going to get the constantly deflating tyre on my car looked at, plus buying paint (they are all on the same little industrial park). I'll pop into Mr S on the way back home as I need to go past.
DS3 had a nightmare so did not sleep well, DS2 can mind him.
Frogs
Paperwork
Blackcurrants, DS2 can pck whilst I'm out and I'll pick over and freeze later
Off to Lords for 20/20 cricket laterThe birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0
