Having a low day today, most unlike me these days. Tackling frogs and doing piles of laundry to make myself feel better.

And the baking fest STILL goes on. I have just made banana and white chocolate muffins - they are lush! DD is doing cappucino squares now.

I DO hope DS comes home today...somebody's got to eat them!

I seem to have been a slave to the kitchen all morning; Quorn sausages and potatoes have been cooked and are cooling to have with salad tonight. Yesterday Mr LW finished up the frozen lemon yogurt dessert I made, and asked if I could make some more. So I've done that; which then left me needing to make up another lot of yogurt, so the ice-cream maker is churning in the freezer, and the yogurt maker is "yogging".:D When Mr LW phoned me mid-morning( he calls twice daily to check that I'm OK:A) I mentioned that the dessert probably won't be ready for dins tonight, so he asked for a jelly for tonight - so strawberry jelly has duly been made, complete with strawberries (from the freezer).

I guess it probably doesn't sound like a lot, but it's surprising how much work is involved, specially when you factor in washing up as well (we don't have a DW). I'm borrowing on tomorrow's spoons now!:eek:

HB sorry you're having a low day - that doesn't sound like you at all. Would giving Mrs Dog a cuddle help?:o

Stuff dropped at CS
Stuff dropped at scrap store and got a piece of fabric to patch my denim skirt tomorrow
DS2 picked the blackcurrants - loads so that is a big job for tomorrow
DS3 picked the raspberries
DS3 emptied DW

I've washed up.

Need to get the washing off the line and get out stuff together to head off to the station on our bikes (too expensive to park in town)
