Sorry for the delay in posting the Friday list I couldn't get connected to my internet for over 2 hours. For some reason my usb access point wasn't playing ball for some reason Anyway I played around, clicked a few boxes and it seemed to work Anyway the list is up now - enjoy

I've been thinking about this and as the forum is shutting tomorrow at 7pm, till who knows when. I have made a decision - I'm being brave..lol And hopefully Dusty will agree with me on this

FOR ONE DAY ONLY I AM SUSPENDING FLYTALK ONLY ON A FRIDAY.

So basically you can talk about anything - waffle away But it is only for one day and only because we are having shut down imposed on us

Evening all. I ended up going into work yesterday and doing a load of sorting and filing which really needed doing. Today I have been shopping and spent some time with Dad and tomorrow I am going to London to see Rock of Ages

Some flying will be done in the morning before I head off but most will be over the weekend so, as we can't post, I'll just hope someone is joining me in rather a lot of HHCs

I'm going away on Tuesday and Dad will be feeding the ratties so I have to leave the house looking respectable!!

Off to track down and add to my list .........

Magical Monday - Kookin Kitchen

Only got 15 minutes..
Clean floors
Shine the sink and taps making them sparkle..

30 minutes to spare..
Clear and wipe kitchen surfaces
Clean cupboard door fronts and the front of appliances

Got an hour...
Wipe window sills, clean any marks off windows if required
Clean OVEN

Twinkling Tuesday ~ Luscious Living Room

Only got 15 minutes..
Vacuum floors and sofas

30 minutes to spare..
Clear the table and put a clean cloth or a nice vase of fresh flowers on it.
Dusting, even if around everything
Clean TV, other electricals and cabinets

Got an hour...
Clean any other glass like mirrors etc
Tidy shoes, coats and bags
Vacuum under furniture
Clean windows

Wishful Wednesday ~ Mystical Master Bedroom & Limpid Landing

Only got 15 minutes..
Remove bed linen and wash, replace with fresh linen

30 minutes to spare..
Vacuum floor in bedroom and on landing
Sort out your makeup

Got an hour....
Dust surfaces & make sure no cobwebs about
Vacuum mattress before replacing with fresh linen
Eat a frog!
Clean windows in these rooms

Thrifty Thursday ~ Barnacled Bathroom and Studious Study/Pc Area

Only got 15 minutes..
Clean floors in these rooms (even if it is around the clutter)

30 minutes to spare..
Clean bath, toilet and sink ~ let's have twinkling taps.
Clear any clutter from desk
Dust PC and desk
Wipe keyboard and mouse (these usually have more germs on than your toilet so important)
Change bath mat and towels.

Got an hour..
Clear clutter from floor
Wipe down tiles in bathroom
Clean window

It's Finally Friday ~ spare rooms

Only got 15 minutes..
Clear away anything that isn't in it's place, clothes, toys, books etc

30 minutes to spare..
Dusting.. all those shelves and flat fluffy surfaces!! Don’t forget the light shade and curtain pole!!!

Got an hour...
Vacuum Floor (even if it's just where you can see)
Clean windows in these rooms

Back from cricket, a lovely time was had by all. Tired now so just sorting mogs out then heading up to bed

Hi Dusty I've been at cricket with my nephew today. We all had a good time. My family are still driving me to distraction.

I've set the cat amongst the pigeons and asked my sister to babysit when we go to DH's aunts funeral. She doesn't even realise she is deceased yet!

Clean ironed sheets on our bed tonight. I must be feeling ill. I never iron sheets.

My foot and leg swelling has finally gone down. I can walk!

Not much flying here since my last post. I've been out to work 3 times, and in between trips 2 & 3 DD and I played on the w11 fit :eek: Good news is I haven't put any weight on since the last time I used it 240 days ago...bad news is I haven't lost any either :rotfl::rotfl: It was a good laugh, DD is scared of my boxing ability :rotfl: Then we had baths, work, take-away for tea (I really fancied fried rice and I can't cook it ) and we've decluttered an episode of Miss Marple I did do 2 loads of washing as well so that hung around the place to dry.

Tomorrow is shopping day. Told DD I want her up as if it was school and for us to be out to Mr A by 8am so we can get the bits from there before we have to start jumping buses here there and everywhere to get the rest of her uniform. I'm compiling lists now by shop to try and speed the process up. That sounds bad, but she's in between sizes and tall for her age so I have to buy her ladies sizes to get the year out of them & leg length for her smart trousers so thats one shop, unless they have the jumpers in then its another shop for the jumpers, then one for the school specific PE top and hopefully I can get her blazer from there if not then I need to go to another shop and in Mr A I can get her PE bottoms, socks, blouses, pens, and myself some jeans. I need to replace a couple of bits from her wardrobe she's outgrown already as well while I'm at it! :eek:

Oh and tomorrow night I have work as well! Anyway I've waffled enough. I'm off to get these lists written and as soon as my phone is charged I'm off to bed. :wave:
