    i have the odd rock in my garden from there as well:o

    Actually i had found a really nice one years ago while we were holidaying with the inlaws, after fil died no one could decide on a suitable marking stone, he was a very thrifty, painter and decorator who also painted for pleasure and loved crafted things so i carefully painted his details and a message to him on the rock and that is now on his plot. I hope that doesnt sound horribly cheap but i really couldnt think of a more suitable memorial for him and i do believe he is happy with it.

    I think it sounds lovely, and personal, and a fitting tribute to a much-loved man (he must have been much-loved or you wouldn't have even bothered).

    Beds stripped right down to mattress protectors which are drying on the line!

    Shopping done, DS2 took 16 books out of the library!

    Need to visit my mother in a minute but DS3 now says he has tummyache

    Just sneaking in as I'm supposed to be writing my assignment but I passed my last course and my youngests statement has been issued so we can apply for his special school place....glad it's Friday as I now have 2 excuses to have a vodka or few tonight now yay....back to assignment x
