    Nicki I used to love the boxing game on the WiiFit:D – can't do it now though, shoulders aree simply too painful.:cool:

    Mrs mp the memorial for your FiL sound fab – anyone can spend loads getting a professionally-made memorial, but that is totally unique, personal, and has a part of your spirit within it. I do believe that something made with love contains a very special type of magic.:o

    Btw, if your DS is only able to dust tech stuff, I have 2 pc's, 1 laptop, 1 netbook, 1 Wii, 1 PS2 and various other electronic devices that could use some attention. I'll even make cake to bribe him with.:rotfl:

    sad news about squeaky, thank you for telling us, i never had any direct dealings with him BUT the old style boards are 'my mse home' so have have him to thank for being a founder member.

    right that is it i need to get off my behind and go and do something in the kitchen, forums will probably have shut by the time a get finished then it will be pimms o'clock so ill wish you all a very good weekend.

    Same here, mrs mp, never came across squeaky, but my thoughts are with the family regardless.

    Valli, I may pop in for the odd post early next week, but it won't be a flying week for me. Unless you count Thomson Airlines ;)

    Been to a kids party. DS said he was hit twice by a boy (I didn't see) so I watched him closely for a while. The other boy was bigger and a bit boisterous, but he didn't bother DS again. I told DS if he comes to hit again, he can tell him he's not allowed. He said "I did and he pushed me anyway!". Little git :p But good on DS for standing up to him.

    Other than that, they enjoyed the party. It was DDs friends birthday (DS invited as he is friends with the brother) and the girls all had party dresses on. There were a few Marilyn Monroe moments with the girls climbing onto a section with a fan underneath :o we did gt photographic evidence to store away for the birthdays in 15 years ;)

    This all spurred me on to book DDs party, and I good job I did as they only had 1 afternoon slot on the date we wanted! She wants a princess cake, so that will be my little project during DS first week at school, when she's at nursery. I'll have 2hrs on 2 afternoons to myself to bake and decorate.

    I need to pack for spa tomorrow and kiddies to go to inlaws. Better go grab some bags...
