Because I’m buying a new build that has everything in it, there was a form the surveyor wanted. That was sent in on Thursday though 

Hopefully you’ll get some good news soon (I’m also buying a new build with Santander)

Im in the same situation of waiting for the Yes or No decision and the weekend just makes it even more unbearable haha

Hey all, we are also awaiting an outcome buying a new build, underwriting and valuation have both been done apparently as advised by Developer and our broker. Our tracker was however updated by the Bank on Friday stating they need to talk to us so nervous and yes I agree the weekend drag never thought I would be keen for the weekend to end and Monday to come haha

Just got confirmation mortgage approved. Awaiting formal offer just over 2 weeks all in all.
