Big mistake
They haven't provided correct docs.
1st application they said was rejected before I am not British citizen which was not correct
Then they said my credit score was bad, which again want not correct.
Now they keep saying will take another week, because they asked a new doc...
I already gave them all the docs before and they never asked me single doc since my valuation was done on the 18th.
My house offer was accepted in MARCH¬¬
How long did yours take?1 -
yelaro said:@mrspydey awaiting on whether they are accepting us. Put offer in end of April, had a right faff with mortgage applications etc due to lockdown. Full application went in end of May with HSBC. Valuation was last Wednesday.
I put offer in March, then had application with Halifax which didnt move, so I advised the broker to move to HSBC.
I called HSBC and they said well if my valuation was done on 18th may I should have had an offer by now.
My brokers are just messing my application.
Never ever going to use habito.

My valuation with Natwest was finished last Wednesday and I'm still waiting to hear back - they've got all my documents but the tracker still says they're reviewing. Such an anxious time - I'm confident in my finances and I have a good deposit, but self employed so there's just the worry they're going to ask for more info/delay the process/refuse!0

I submitted my application with Barclays in March and just got my valuation booked in for 22 June! I have submitted three months payslips for Jan to March but I am wondering if they will ask for more payslips?0
