    Congratulations! :beer::beer:

    I just got confirmation that the valuation is what I've offered so just waiting for my offer now
  • So small update on progress - hopefully

    4th Sept - Chased broker for an update as getting chased by agent - they've not heard anything about booking valuation etc.
    5th Sept - PO requested more payslips and raised some queries about my 2017/2018 P60 being higher then my declared income (surely better then it being lower!) Easily explained due to bonuses and a change in salary package.

    Fingers crossed that will satisfy them - glad I made sure to keep all those old payslips etc now!

    So small further update.

    10th Sept - After chasing up found out that the valuation is booked for tomorrow. Hoping we get a decision by the end of the week; all this waiting is the frustrating part.

    1st time Help-to-Buy buyer here :)

    27/08 - DIP issued by Nationwide
    06/09 - Nationwide mortgage application + HTB application submitted (via Broker)
    06/09 - Nationwide confirms that they've received application via text
    07/09 - HTB authority to proceed received

    Haven't heard anything more from Nationwide yet.

    I suppose I have learn to be patient (much tougher than I thought it'd be).
  • I'm waiting on my Nationwide mortgage too, first time buyer and quite nervous! -
    29/08 - DIP issued
