No news. The silence is driving me potty!
Full application submitted to Bank of Ireland via L&C last Friday 28/07
Email from L&C with mortgage tracker link which said they needed ID, proof of income etc.
Had already sent them all so queried with L&C, for them to say it's standard email not to worry, will be in touch with anything they do need, that was Monday, and have heard nothing from L&C since. Chased them yesterday but no replyHoping no news means they have everything, not that they just haven't got round to doing anything about it yet!
Letter in post from Bank of Ireland today, with a letter to sign each for me and hubby to do with ID checks and money laundering. Hoping that means things are ticking along as they should.
I do not have the patience for this :rotfl:0 -
Pumpkin, you sound just like I did 10 days ago,
I was so impatient, but I shouldn't of been.
But i didn't have a tracking number, I eventually got one, now I track a few times a day, instead of contacting Broker and stressing,,, Good luck.0 -

Now nervously waiting0 -
I got an email through last night asking for further payslips and the memorandum of sale, so have sent those off already as all were original electronic documents, so at least I don't need to rely on Royal Mail
I'll feel like things are really progressing when I hear that the valuation is booked.0 -
we had to keep sending documents as 1 of us gets paid weekly, had to have 26 wage slips ( arghhh ) and being self employed, savings in different accounts for highest interest rates between us
, but hopefully this is it, final stage, waiting on the final thing valuation report !! so stressful being FTB, not knowing what to expect.
